Juan I. Sanchez is Professor of Management and International Business and Knight-Ridder Byron Harless Eminent Chair of Management at Florida International University. A former member of the Academy of Management's Human Resource Division Executive Committee, and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association. He has authored approximately 100 articles in refereed journals, and his work has been cited over 5,000 times according to Google Scholar.
