Dr. Lynn Silipigni Connaway, Senior Research Scientist, OCLC Research, will discuss the findings from the collaborative JISC/OCLC Virtual Research Environment (VRE) project. The researchers interviewed and analyzed the transcripts of four digital repository project managers and seven VRE project managers as well as reviews of the project reports, papers, presentations, and some of the collected data to identify emerging common themes. Dr. Connaway will discuss these themes and how they can be the catalyst for improving digital repositories and VREs as well as for future research in the adoption and use of these tools and systems.
